A Beautiful Day for a Wedding

We had the great honor of hosting my sister Jennifer's wedding this weekend. It was a beautiful day that was shared with family and Jenn and Mitch's closest friends. Welcome to the family Mitch, Zach and Tyler. We love you all!

Justin's Junior Prom

A few people have noted that we have fallen behind in family blogging, so I'll be trying to catch up on all the activities that have been going on with our family. One of the BIG events this spring was PROM! Justin went with his friend Allie. They had a great time with their friends and certainly arrived in style.

Friendly Neighborhood Bird

Peedy came home from work with a neighbor who works for a tree service. He seems to think that he's everyone's pet. He'll follow anyone around who is working outside and sit on your shoulder. It's a little feaky but funny at the same time.

Happy Birthday Chandler!

Chandler invited 4 friends to go to the Manchester Monarchs "Mullett Night-Redneck Edition" game. Max, the mascot, visited Chandler at our seats to wish him happy birthday and signed all the boys' hats.

What I love most about this table is that it opens to 110" and will seat 10 people. The legs are stationary and the top expands. Even better, the 3 leaves that go with the table are stored in it.
The sectional is new. Haven't tried it yet, but I think it will seat 7 people comfortably.
Entertainment cabinet is new to store all the nifty electronics for Tom's out of control Audio/Visual entertainment. TV for this room is 52" LCD HDTV which he picked out before we finished with the house plans.
A better view of the couch.

Master Bath

We still need to actually hang the mirrors, but the bathroom is fully functional! You can see the the granite taht we used for the vanity top is also used as accents through out the bathroom, especially in the shower.

Ooops! Stove didn't fit!

What can I say? The cabinet fit, I just forgot to check the opening of the cut stone. The new rangetop was about 3/8" too wide for the cut opening. (Insert favorite 4 letter word here) Luckily we were able to make arrangements to have the granite countertop trimmed back.
